In addition, if you choose to share these items with other Cherry Video Chat users, we may not be able to remove them from our servers or make them unavailable to anyone you have shared them with. Sending and sharing text messages, photos, screenshots, videos or other communications in the Cherry Video Chat application is your decision. By choosing to share that information, you should understand that you may no longer be able to control how that information is used and that it may become publicly available (depending in part on your actions or the actions of others with whom you have shared the information). Cherry Video Chat is not responsible for any use or misuse of information you share.

3.2 Transfer and Storage

We operate and may continue to operate servers in a number of jurisdictions around the world, so the server on which your personal information is used and stored may not be in your jurisdiction.

Any details made public by you (e.g. comments on other registered users’ activities, gifts shared by you, will be anonymized, i.e. it will be made clear that such details were provided by a deleted user).

Any Data required for Product’s performance of contractual obligations or compliance with statutory retention obligations shall not be deleted, but minimized to the necessary extent.

A deletion request does not affect Data, if the storage is legally necessary, for example for accounting purposes.

3.6 Which Rights You Have

We want you to be in control of your information, so we have provided you with the following tools:

Access / Update tools in the service. Tools and account settings that help you to access, rectify or delete information that you provided to us and that’s associated with your account directly within the service. If you have any question on those tools and settings, please contact our customer care team for help.

Mobile platforms have permission systems for specific types of device data and notifications, such as location services as well as push notifications. You can change your settings on your device to either consent or oppose the collection of the corresponding information or the display of the corresponding notifications. Of course, if you do that, certain services may lose full functionality.

You can delete your account by using the corresponding functionality directly on the service.

You can stop all information collection by an app by uninstalling it using the standard uninstall process for your device. If you uninstall the app from your mobile device, the unique identifier associated with your device will continue to be stored. If you re-install the application on the same mobile device, we will be able to re-associate this identifier to your previous transactions and activities.

In certain countries, including in the European Union, you have a right to lodge a complaint with the appropriate data protection authority if you have concerns about how we process your personal information. The data protection authority you can lodge a complaint with notably may be that of your habitual residence, where you work or where we are established.

Part 4. How to Access Your Information

You can access and modify the information you provided to us through your account.
